HAMAMA ISRAEL, born in Cairo in 1887, …married to Israel Ezra. They moved and lived in Assiut, a city in south Egypt…where Ezra had a textile business. Later on, the family returned to Cairo. In the sixties, the family decided to emigrate. Some of the children emigrated and still living in France, while the rest went to the USA,.. Hamama lived in Newark with her son Shaoul and his family. She died on November 1971, aged 84 years.
