Biography
Born in Uzhgorod and lived there till 1944. Together with her family and all the jews of the town, was sent to Auschwitz. She was separated from her parents and kid brother Gabi (who did not survive) and was sent to a labour camp in Germany. At the end of the war she returned to Prague to find out that she is on her own and was sent to a refugee camp in Germany, where she met Samuel Kaminiski and narried him. Together they decided to imigrate to USA where Sam’s sister where living. She lived in NYC and died in 1999.
