Herman, first married to Frida., and had 3 children After Frida’s death in 1919, he married once more to Feige, and they had 4 children He started in the textile business, in the village of “Michelovica”, but failed. He came back to his original town of “Uzhgorod” and worked in all kind of Glassware. He prospered and became a big contractorr, participating in big construction works in the region. His shop and offices were in the center of Uzhgorod. During WW 2, all the business confiscated and went down,… A great part of his family perished in the nazi camps in Auschwitz.
