Biography
Born in Egypt, 17 December 1932. Son of Yacov and Esther Hanan. In 1950 the family emigrated to Israel where they lived in a new agricultural settlement called “Beit Zait”, It is a splendid place , in the heart of the beautiful mountains surrounding Jerusalem. On 4 September 1951, married to Rosette Cohen, they continue to live in Beit Zait,… 2 sons were born, Yacov and Moshe,.. After Rosette’s death in 1965, Hayim remarried to Andree Yakoel in 1968,… she died in 1993.
